Problem: Paper is not feeding.
Solution: Check to see if paper is in the feeder.

Problem: Rollers are not gripping the paper.
Solution: Inspect the rollers. If they appear to be worn or have lost the thread, you must replace them. Click here to order rollers. If the rollers are fine, then check to make sure that the alignment of the paper that you are feeding the folder is nice and straight.

Problem: Collating Issue or Misfold.
Solution: Contact our service department with this issue.

Problem: Document is too long or too short.
Solution: The machine must be set to the correct document length. If your machine is equipped with a photo cell, then clear any dust that may have accumulated on it. You can use the air pump that came with your folder / inserter.

Problem: Paper folds have inproper exiting.
Solution: Look at the seal rollers. They may be out of alignment or contain envelope sealing buildup. This can be avoided by doing routine preventive maintainence checkups.

Problem: Digital display is not working. Solution: Your digital display may be damaged and needs to be replaced.
